We have been using this CD for naps and to go to sleep since our baby girl was born almost 2 years ago. That's two to three times a day, every day, and I still look forward to hearing it. I love this music and often listen to it myself for meditation and relaxation., Actually heard this CD in a spa and had to have it! Flowing and peacefully happy music. I recommend it whole heartedly!, Very relaxing, and centering! Wonderful to "sink-into"..........
