I have used this seasoning for years and love it. I usually put it on veggies as a snack, but sometimes I have used it on chicken. Very good taste, not too fishy either., My family has been using this for about 5 months now. It has a wonderful flavor, but sometimes the fish flavor coming from the seaweed is strong. I'm not a big lover of strong fish tastes, but the Japanese would find this a mild taste.
